I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because of chronic fatigue and psoriasis. My mother died 2 years ago and since then I developed a severe skin rash. I was very itchy all over. I used some creams which helped with the itching a bit but not completely. When I went to the GP, he told me that it was a skin infection called psoriasis. He also explained to me that it might be psychological stress due to the distress I was going through as a result of my mum’s death. I was so scared of the live blood test, I don’t know why but I think fear of the un expected. The live blood test showed that my blood was not good. I was put on 8 weeks programme, taking vitamins and food supplements and a cream for the skin,

Surprisingly after just about 3 weeks, I started feeling more energy, the itching went down, not as severe as before. I felt better and better each day, I think the more I stuck to the programme following Dr Stephen Ferguson’s advice, the better I felt. I was so happy inside. Even the stress I had was getting better. I could now talk about the way I felt openly for the first time in 2 years.

When I went back to see Dr Stephen Ferguson, he was the first to complement me that I looked so much better. The live blood test  came out ok this time. I could not be happier. I regained my confidence too and slowly trying to build my social life back. Every one around me is so happy now that they can see that I have regained my health again.
